PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Midway Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day to day operations of the Midway department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and evaluate Midway employees
- Verify and maintain Midway bank throughout shift
- Observe game area for irregular conduct by operators or guests
- Provide excellent customer service; handle guest and employee concerns and complaints
- Maintain daily sign-in sheet and log personnel hours daily
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Check game operator money belts for inaccuracies
