Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex where southern charm meets modern innovation in the heart of Texas. The Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex is the US. fourth-largest Metro and is situated in a no-tax state, with great weather, exceptional schools, 9th in the nation for cultural diversity, low housing costs, 6 professional sports teams, an international travel hub, six flags, Universal Studios (currently under construction), abundant shopping, dining, nightlife, ample outdoor activities, large urban art districts, and the list goes on... Core responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric consultation to inpatient medical units and the Emergency Department. The incumbent will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary mental health team and should be competent in collaborating with colleagues of other specialties. ABPN board certification is required for this position as the incumbent will be clinically supervising UT Southwestern Medical Center trainees.
Salary range: $220,000 to $280,000 per year.
Work Schedule: Compressed, typically four 10-hour shifts per week
Locations: Dallas, Texas.
