Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage daily operational requirements, guiding team leads to coordinate scheduling, productivity, and timely task completion.
  • Ensure optimal execution of all processes and procedures.
  • Review statistical and financial outcomes to meet daily targets and budgetary expectations.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and develop strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management on new service development.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of the company's status.
  • Handle client and physician issues as needed.
  • Optimize resource utilization to meet budgetary demands.
  • Supervise office management encompassing client relations, vendor contracts, and maintenance.
  • Maintain necessary recordkeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Represent the business unit in internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage operations aligned with company standards and employment laws.
  • Provide support and training to help staff achieve goals.
  • Coordinate overtime and employee schedules.
  • Lead hiring and separation processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication during transitions.
  • Monitor and address performance issues.
  • Offer recognition and support.
  • Handle underperforming staff and implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in organizational management with a large team.
