POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Oncology Medical Director at HFCI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of our institute while continuing to excel in a clinical capacity. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of cancer care in our community, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered excellence. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dedicated oncologist to leave a lasting impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional clinical care to patients in the field of Hematology/Oncology.Lead the successful implementation of HFCI s strategic plan, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.Foster collaboration across departments, unifying stakeholders around a shared vision.Mentor and support new clinical providers to promote growth and excellence within the team.Champion a patient-centered approach to care, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion.Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, integrity, and compassion in all interactions, creating an environment of trust and empathy.Contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONSBoard-certified in Hematology/Oncology.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with prior Medical Director experience.Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic plans.Strong mentoring and leadership skills, supporting the growth of fellow clinical providers.Communicative leadership style, that emphasizes teamwork and open dialogue.
