3rd party Logistics company, delivering appliances, patio furniture, lawn mowers etc., for companies like Target, Lowe's or Home Depot. They receive the items, assembly them and then schedule deliveries.

Customer Service, inbound calls, speaking with drivers and data entry on ETA's for deliveries, Sometimes will speak with client and update them on the delivery, start a claim and get a ticket going. EXCEL, WORD and experience with inbound calls and type 35 WPM

All temps will still have 2 days off a week BUT everyone will work at least 1 weekend day (SAT or SUN). Depending on seniority, they may be able to eventually move to only working one weekend a month. But no one has a full weekend off consistently.

Main client is Lowes - receiving calls from Drivers in the field to verify they have successfully delivered product, log the delivered items in their systems and process return claims if needed.
Must have at least a general working knowledge of Excel.
