Full time sitter for baby and toddler in Brickell

Hi We are a Venezuelan family of 4, husband works from early in the morning until the afternoon and wife currently stays at home taking care of the kids.
We have 2 adorable, kind and amazing boys:
Andres who is 3 years old and Diego who is 3 months old.
Our kids are very well mannered and have set routines that make it easy to take care of them.
Andres (3 years old) goes to daycare from 9am to 3pm, and Diego (3 months old) stays at home with mom.
So we need help in the mornings prepping Andres for school.After that, taking care of Diego at home and while Diego naps helping around the house, prepping meals for the kids (no major cooking), doing laundry if necessary and helping mom if needed.
Then in the afternoon taking care of Andres when he comes home from school.No major cooking, cleaning required.
Initially we'll need help from 8am to 4/5pm. Depending on the work schedule and we will pay accordingly.
Must speak spanish.
We live is a nice building with many amenities for the kids, so its easy to go out for a walk with the stroller, take them to the playground or common spaces for the kids to play.
There are many other kids in the building and they all play together.
