  • Collaborate with a Product Manager to bring the voice of design and our users to the product planning process.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability, while helping evolve and expand our visual design aesthetic.
  • Prioritize the needs of your team to ensure quality designs are delivered in the right order and on time.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.

This role requires the ability to work East Coast hours.

You have:

  • Bachelor degree in design, or related equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
  • Experience within SaaS UI/UX required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma, or with similar design tools
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience collaborating closely with partners in engineering and product.
