As the Lead Front of House, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You'll work closely with a dedicated team in a supportive and fun environment that values teamwork and high standards.

This role involves working extremely closely with the owner, who is off-site, to implement strategic changes and ensure top-notch service.

Location: North Creek, New York, nestled in the scenic Adirondacks. Enjoy the natural beauty and outdoor activities that the area offers while working in a dynamic and engaging setting. North Creek is a charming small town with historic appeal and a growing community. While the small-town environment offers unique challenges, it also provides a close-knit community feel and a supportive atmosphere for growth.

Season: Full-Time, Seasonal position with an immediate start date. Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Room and Board: An apartment above the restaurant is available, shared, and paid for by the employee, ensuring a convenient living arrangement.

Pay: Hourly plus tips, on average in the busy season $1500-$3000 per week and bonuses available

Unique Aspects of the Job: You will report directly to the owner/GM, who is off-site, giving you a high level of responsibility and trust. You'll play a crucial role in implementing changes such as Toast, dress codes, policies, and trainings while ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained. Additional duties include receiving wine and beer deliveries, stocking, inventory management, cleaning, and selling.

Professional Skills Required: We are looking for a professional individual with excellent communication skills, ready to dedicate a year to this project. Your ability to lead, manage, and inspire will be crucial to your success in this role.
