The Position SME & process lead over Maintenance Spares Warehouse & the SAP MM module for DAPI US. Relationships Manager, Planning & Reliability Engineering. Essential FunctionsWork with materials team to develop, execute & continuously improve all processes within maintenance spares area. Make recommendations to management & act as project manager over improvement activitiesRepresent DAPI-US in global process groups on discussions related to maintenance materials & SAP. Propose & drive process improvements in SAP MM configuration at the corporate levelDevelop SOPs & deliver training to ensure all users are properly trained in system functionality & business use expectations & monitor day to day process performanceEstablish master data governance & ensure data integrity of material dataExtract/load data from/to SAP & perform complex analysis of parts data (excel / access) to support business needs. Areas of focus are risk-based stocking, ABC Analysis, determining usage rates/setting reorder points, determining economic order quantities, Metrics, etc.)Develop relationships with vendors, source & purchase parts to drive reductions in cost & lead-timeDevelop & maintain a strategic partnership with maintenance, reliability, planning & operations to ensure site goals are achievedEnsure effective communication & positive working relationships with key stakeholdersDrive continuous process improvements using cLEAN, Six Sigma &/or Reliability Engineering principlesOther accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Moves equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions.
