Position Overview:

The Engagement Manager will orchestrate CureMD's Revenue Cycle Management services within a key client portfolio. This leadership role requires an intricate understanding of RCM services, superior client management, and the ability to lead initiatives that bridge client and internal teams. The candidate must possess a blend of analytical prowess, client-oriented service delivery, and a knack for strategic operations within the healthcare space.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare organizations, establishing and cultivating relationships with key personnel such as revenue cycle directors, billing managers, and finance executives.
  • Lead a dedicated team in enhancing client practice financial health through strategic RCM.
  • Proactively gauge and enhance customer satisfaction, swiftly addressing concerns and identifying service improvement opportunities.
  • Uncover and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning CureMD's offerings with the client's evolving needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on CureMD's RCM software and industry trends to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring a seamless transition and successful software adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product development teams for aligned strategies and consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and report on customer interactions, account activities, and revenue forecasts, providing insights to management on account performance and market trends.
  • Oversee revenue cycle operations including authorization, eligibility verification, billing, A/R follow-up, denials management, and payment posting.
  • Independently manage revenue cycle metrics, strategic improvement initiatives, and client reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in billing, RCM technology, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client visits and industry conferences.
  • Ability to manage complex operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, with a readiness to delve into detailed RCM operations, clinical workflows, and data manipulation/analysis.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, healthcare organization, or consultancy with a focus on operational effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Access, Looker, and SQL.

Location:

Candidates in the Long Island or New York City metro area preferred, or willing to relocate.
