Food Service Worker Position at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities

We are looking for a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. As a member of the M Food Co. team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of dining halls and retail locations across the Twin Cities campus. Your responsibilities will include serving and maintaining food stations, following recipes, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Assemble and serve food products
  • Maintain cleanliness at service points
  • Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Assist cooks as needed
  • Operate kitchen equipment
  • Complete food production records
  • Follow specified recipes and portion control
  • Participate in menu presentation and assessment
