Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Properly scrape, rinse, rack, stack and wash all china, flatware, glassware and utensils according to company standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Cleans and sanitizes workstations and maintains cleanliness and organization of coolers and dry storage areas.
  2. Transports food and supplies to work stations and serving lines as needed.
  3. Properly use and store food items, kitchen supplies and all food and beverage tools and materials.
  4. Empty trash in workstations and in kitchen areas, and transports to disposal areas, adhering to operating procedures.
  5. Work effectively with other employees, vendors, guests and other visitors. Promote positive employee and guest relations by adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model.
  6. Other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Lead Steward
    Supervisory Responsibilities None. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. Computer Skills Basic computer knowledge. Reasoning Ability Making Decisions, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos. Physical Demands Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Lifting 25lbs, Bending/Stooping, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing.
