Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, CO, NJ or VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.
What You'll be Doing

  • Product-Enhancing Scripting and Content Development - build content for our IT operations software products in the form of scripts, monitoring conditions, and baseline standards. Create ad hoc scripts and automations for NinjaOne prospects and existing clients.
  • Strategic Product Research and Standardization - research and design new IT operations standards based on best practices. Continually update our scripting database for improved IT industry standards.
  • Frontline Automation Resolutions and Client Support- identify, implement, and fast-track one-off scripts for automation. Reactively respond to incidents or events in the IT landscape with tailored automation solutions.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience installing, maintaining, configuring, monitoring, and automating in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
  • 3+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell.
  • Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure, managed services stack.
  • A passion for problem solving, an ability to deconstruct complex problems into parts and develop solutions.
  • Experience with the challenges IT teams face with security and know how to set up secure baselines for Windows, Mac, and Linux devices.
  • Experience with source control and interacting with REST APIs.

This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000 per year.
