Digital Core Tech Team is actively looking for an AI SAFe Lean Portfolio Lead to serve a portfolio of teams building solutions that improve performance and reliability of processes and systems in pharma. What You'll Be Doing

As the Artificial Intelligence Scaled Agile Framework (AI-SAFE) Lean Portfolio Lead, you will pioneer the integration of lean-agile principles into the domain of AI, enhancing the delivery and effectiveness of AI solutions across the enterprise. Your role will focus on optimizing the value stream from conception to deployment of AI initiatives, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. You will lead the execution and financial management of a portfolio that supports the scaling of AI capabilities, ensuring these initiatives drive significant value in business processes and customer experiences.

How You'll Succeed

Leadership and Development: Guide and mentor a diverse team of AI professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a center of excellence for AI, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Financials and Accountability: Oversee the Enterprise AI program's budget and headcount, ensuring financial control and optimization, while driving accountability and transparency in spend management and reporting within a matrix organization.

Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, engineering, design, and business units, to deliver AI solutions that are customer-centric and aligned with business needs. Promote the integration of AI into various aspects of the business, leveraging lean-agile methodologies for streamlined delivery.

Best Practices and Standards: Define and implement best practices for AI development and deployment within a lean-agile framework, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize metrics and data analytics to monitor the performance of AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation. Foster a data-driven culture to support decision-making and strategy refinement.

Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and agile methodologies. Participate in the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies and practices that can enhance the portfolio's value and impact.

What You Should Bring

Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and developing teams and projects within an agile framework, delivering impactful results in a timely and budget-conscious manner.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AI technologies and lean-agile methodologies, demonstrating the ability to leverage these in driving business transformation and innovation.

Experience in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management: Demonstrated proficiency in managing portfolios using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, with a focus on lean-agile practices, to drive strategic alignment, funding, governance, and execution of enterprise initiatives.

Financial Acumen and Accountability: Proficient in managing and optimizing financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis, with a strong emphasis on ensuring accountability and transparency in financial reporting and controls within a complex organizational structure.

Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business communities, facilitating collaborative efforts, and presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.

Innovation and Curiosity: A strong desire to explore new ideas and technologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges.

Your Basic Qualifications:
