We are a family of 4 living in Minneapolis, with a 6-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy. Our current nanny is leaving us to go start a business of her own, so we are looking for an awesome nanny to start with us as soon as possible We are big on family, friends, and community. On Friday nights you can often find us at home watching a movie and eating pizza We love to cook and bake together and try new recipes.
You are a natural, nurturing caregiver. You are able to both provide structure throughout the day, but also know when the kids need some time to just be kids and get wiggles out You are emphatic and educated. You can easily follow our brain-based and natural consequences parenting style and are open to learning more about it.
Qualifications: Structured, Empathetic, Educated, Caring, nurturing.
Set yourself apart: Love for outdoor rec like camping and hiking, Christian background, Degree in Education
Schedule: Starting as soon as possible, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am-5 pm and Friday from 12-5 pm. Able to commit to at least a year.
