Job Title – Snaplogic ETL Consultant

Experis is looking for an ETL Consultant with strong Snaplogic experience for a role with one of our leading clients in Philadelphia, Pa – this team is hybrid, onsite in downtown Philadelphia, 2 days/week

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related database experience
  • Hands-on experience working with Snaplogic required
  • Experience working various industry leading data warehouse components (databases in Snowflake, Oracle, SQL), ETL tools like Snaplogic, BI/reporting tools like Qliksense, PowerBI)
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (Snowflake, AWS) required
  • Experience with JSON based data sources require
  • Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining SQL Server databases
  • Proficiency in warehousing architecture techniques, including ODS and EDW.
Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize their experience in database administration, database performing tuning to manage databases withing our current environment
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance ETL processes
  • Provide recommendations for architecture changes, standard maintenance routines, and provide details for creating redundancy in the SQL environment.
  • Responsible for day-to-day support, troubleshooting, performing required updates to SQL, and participation on project teams.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to databases
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance
  • Identify performance issues and carry out Performance Tuning
  • Work with various industry leading data warehouse components (databases in Snowflake, Oracle, SQL), ETL tools like Snaplogic, BI/reporting tools like Qliksense, PowerBI)
  • Deploy new databasesdatabase servers as needed
  • Refines and automates regular processes, tracks issues, and documents changes
  • Shares technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members goals
