Job Summary

Acts as primary point of contact for all Pro Lawn customers and ensures the customer's needs are being met by maintaining personal and business image, and ensuring customer receives a good experience.

Position Responsibilities

Prep trucks and equipment (not limited to checking the fluid levels and oil levels of the vehicles prior to heading out for the day).
Ensure that the Pro Lawn Rider and all other equipment needed to do your job is in working order.
Follow inventory procedures and report to your direct manager daily.
Complete the proper paperwork for each customer.
Follow the price sheet when invoicing customers.
Provide estimates and explain estimates to the customers, if needed.

Maintains customer satisfaction by serving all customers, securing what the customer needs, and resolving customer issues.
