Overview:

Sales Agents play a pivotal role by offering Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance tailored to our Members' requirements.

*This role is based onsite at our North Las Vegas (Aliante) Branch.*

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales strategies and product expertise to understand individual customer needs, drive new sales, retain existing clients, and expand our insurance portfolio. Effectively address objections to secure sales and retain clients.
  • Strive to meet or surpass set targets outlined in the sales incentive plan and delegated by the Insurance Associates manager.
  • Perform insurance evaluations for customers to suggest suitable products. Utilize provided resources and relevant underwriting guidelines to evaluate risks, advise on appropriate products and coverage, provide quotes, bind policies, and issue them.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional sales and service experiences to all Members, boosting their connection to the AAA brand, resulting in higher satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively promote and engage in business and community events, conduct outbound calls, leverage marketing lists, and upsell to both new and existing clientele.
  • Address customer queries and requests related to insurance products and membership, resolving service issues and assisting clients with claims initiation when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is essential. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Preferably 2 to 4 years of sales experience.
  • Must currently hold, or have the ability to obtain state-issued license(s) required for property and casualty insurance within twenty-one (21) calendar days of starting. Active property and casualty license(s) may be mandatory depending on the start date.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

Primarily office-based role involving prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation. Occasional travel via various modes of transportation for business engagements. Around 50-80% of work time entails computer usage.
