The Role

We are seeking a skilled CMMS Administrator to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Maximo database, ensuring data integrity, providing technical training, and supporting special projects related to our Maximo system. This role will also require the candidate to act as our site representative and global team member for Maximo-related tasks.

Heres What Youll DoWork Order Processing:Ensure efficient and timely processing of work orders within the Maximo system.Maximo Database Administration:Conduct regular updates to Assets, Locations, PMs, and Job Plans within the Maximo database.Maximo Technician Training:Provide comprehensive classroom-based training to technicians on the use and optimization of the Maximo system.Maximo User Group Representation:Act as the site representative for the Maximo User Group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Heres What Youll Bring to the Table: Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Maximo Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting facilitys infrastructure Proven experience in CMMS administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Extensive knowledge of the Maximo system or other CMMS databases, including database administration, report generation, and data analysis. Excellent technical training skills. Strong project management abilities. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
