As a Maintenance Tech, You will be:

  • Perform general preventive maintenance, repair and installation of buildings systems, equipment and grounds. Works under minimal supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting.
  • Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Completes assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Inspects, maintains and repairs building systems including but not limited to emergency generators, UPS (uninterruptable power supplies), HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, lighting and plumbing to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment outlined by company SOP's
  • Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
  • Responsible for escorting contracted vendors.
  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to handle internal calls/tickets/needs from site operations team.
  • Foster good working relationships.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financials and principles.
  • Follow Safety/OSHA Guidelines.
  • A fast paced, high energy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Requires valid driver's license.
  • This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite.
  • Must be responsible for personal safety and the safety of those who are affected by your work.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents, mechanical drawings
  • Complete OSHA 10 within 6 months after date of hire

  • Computer/PDA Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Schedule:

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Work at One Location
  • On Call as needed
