Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Transition to Practice (TTP) Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for enhancing the professional practices and patient care standards within the clinical learning environment. Your role includes providing educational support tailored to nursing professionals, helping them bridge practice gaps and achieve specific outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Participate and promote lifelong learning.
- Facilitate orientation programs to improve employee retention.
- Identify and address professional development needs.
- Guide staff towards career advancement opportunities.
- Develop educational programs based on adult learning theory.
- Evaluate and refine clinical programs for continuous improvement.
- Contribute insights for succession planning and skills enhancement.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Education Preferred.
- 3+ years of acute care facility experience Required.
- Current RN license Required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required.
- Specialty Certification Preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75% in the market.
