Description

SAIC is seeking a Joint Training Analyst located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the US INDOPACOM to to assist modeling and simulation, design, implementation and execution of Joint Training to conduct and monitor the test execution for various simulations and event support, provide analysis and after-action reporting on interface and operations including test configuration, data collection, analysis, and simulation verification.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise support to Government organization to assist modeling and simulation, design, implementation and execution of Joint Training
  • Perform technical training requirements identification, technical assessment design and planning, event architecture testing and execution design and implementation, and simulation integration
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to monitor the exercise/training events
  • Conduct and monitor the test execution for various simulations and event support, provide analysis and after-action reporting on interface and operations including test configuration, data collection, analysis, and simulation verification
  • Prepare pre-event planning and support documentation, scheduling, and coordinating event test objectives for interface and operations including configuration, calibration, operation, data collection, analysis, and verification plans
  • Provide SME support in the areas of joint simulation exercise design, architecture, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) stimulation, issue coordination/resolution, and event execution

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and fourteen (14)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Joint operations / exercise planning experience, preferably including Combatant command or Service Component headquarters level.
  • Must be able to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of joint training and assist with the Planning, Execution, and Assessment of Joint Training.
  • Must have excellent analysis, communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Applicant will be required to travel throughout the Indo-Pacific region.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must have a current Active Secret to start with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be a current US Citizen
