Performs the most complex, controversial and problematic management and disposal activities for all Corps of Engineers Real Estate in the Vicksburg District and assigned region.
Serves as the Senior Realty Specialist in the Management and Disposal Branch performing and/or assisting in the development and execution and management of all complex outgrants and disposals for the Real Estate DivisionMaintains status and progress of work assigned and reassigned to others, and makes day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
Serves as the Senior Realty Specialist charged with the management and administration of commercial concession leases, state park leases, public park and recreation leases and quasi-public leases within the bounds of the District.
