Responsibilities

  • You will lead the analysis of multi-modal, omics data, to ID Biomarkers for preclinical and clinical programs
  • Identify and evaluate pharmacodynamic and predictive biomarkers to deliver actionable insights to translational programs
  • Development and application of [AI/ ML Methods], [Nextflow/Snakemake] pipelines to analyse multi-modal data

    Qualifications
    • PHD + 5 years' experience (Academia or Industry)
    • Python, R programming to high-level
    • Significant expertise in analysis of RNA; bulk, single cell, TCR/BCR, and spatial data, in analysis of proteins; CITE/REAP-Seq, pharmacodynamic and predictive biomarkers.
    • You can work independently and are enthusiastic about developing novel bioinformatics/data science solutions.
    • Expertise in pipeline development and cloud computing will be favoured.
    • You are a team player, individual contributor and excellent communicator, excited about working on cutting-edge technologies

      You will use clinical, biomarker, single cell and other omics data modalities, to bring forward new medicines in Oncology.
