Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements.


• Develop front-end components with a focus on user experience and performance.


• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

2. User Research:


• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.


• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

3. Collaboration:


• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.


• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.


• Communicate and present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.

4. Quality Assurance:


• Conduct thorough testing of UI elements to ensure a seamless user experience.


• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).


• Maintain design consistency and coherence across all digital products.

Qualifications :

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience:


• Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.


• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects.

Technical Skills:


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).


• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.


• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.

Soft Skills:


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with user-centered design processes.


• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).


• Basic understanding of back-end technologies and how they impact UI design.


• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
