Lucrative Internal Medicine opportunity to join a top 100 rated rural hospital 7 of the past 8 years in a top rated Upper Midwest community all backed by a $4 billion dollar health care system based out of MPLS/St.

Paul. This hospital is Healthgrades top hospital for patient safety and experience.

The hospital has grown 30% over the past 5 years and has very little turnover amongst their physicians and support staff.

Expect to have a high amount of autonomy in this position.

General Surgeon and Radiologist on-site. Close partnership with ER physicians (most of whom are board certified in EM). Comprehensive benefits package with an very attractive retirement option. Outstanding work/life balance.

$270,000 salary easily over $350k long term earnings.

Shifts are daytime (7am - 430pm) or Evening (430pm to 7am with opportunity to go home after 10pm and be on-call).

Excellent school system ($45 million investment in new schools recently) with private school options. City is consistently ranked as one of the top places to live in Minnesota. Strong local economy and top 3 in the state for spending per capita on Park and Recreation. Position can be traditional (in and outpatient or outpatient only - your choice).
