eTransfer Associate

Saint Luke's Hospital has an opportunity for a eTransfer Associate. Duties include maintaining an organized healthcare office performs clerical duties related to maintaining the eDocOne department records. Coordinate the transmission of records to referring physicians and facilities in required for the coordination of care of transferred patients. Maintains the units supplies and develops a system to monitor and maintains supply levels. Works with database and can create reports utilizing Excel spread sheets. Produces daily reports to monitor transfers and communicates this to each System facility who receives transfers. Follow up with patients with various diagnosis after discharge from ED or Inpatient status. Assist Transfer Team RN's by answering busy phone and taking down basic transfer information.

Mainly day shift but will work evening shifts at times. Also, working weekends at times.
