We investigate its interactions with thalamocortical networks crucial for vision, action, and navigation.

We utilize cutting-edge technologies, including chronic large-scale electrophysiological recordings (e.g., Neuropixels), neuronal decoding, optogenetics, behavioral analysis, and computational techniques in freely behaving and sleeping mice.
