SUMMARY:

As the Supply Planner, you incorporate demand plans, inventory projections, and target service levels to create supply plans for a dynamic and growing business. Own the supply planning process for your products and oversee the Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) process to ensure an optimal balance of sellable goods without excess inventory. Your role will be critical in enabling inventory optimization, the S&OP process, and improved vendor partnership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage supply plans and submit purchase orders for both future and immediate needs for a diverse range of apparel and hard goods Oversee the E&O process of reviewing, reporting, and tracking excess and obsolete goods through communication and process management Evaluate input data and forecast output to ensure accuracy and appropriate context Collaborate with sales, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, and demand planning to incorporate insights that transform the demand plan into strategic stocking plans Facilitate the Supply Review process to share plans and adjust based on cross-functional feedback Document and test stocking strategy forecast assumptions, searching for opportunities to improve accuracy Perform gap analysis versus finance and demand plans; investigate differences and develop recommendations to align Contribute to a variety of supply chain department projects as needed Share expertise with other planners, fostering skill development and improving outcomes QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of supply planning, target inventory level concepts and statistical models Attention to detail and quality: rigorously check work for accuracy Highly proficient in MS Excel Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly. ERP and planning systems knowledge is a plus Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across diverse teams Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and a deep understanding of market dynamics Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Innovative and creative thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Science, etc. 2+ years of experience in supply planning, working with a variety of products and distribution channels Participation and contribution in S&OP and Supply Review processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and lead change in a dynamic business environment OUR VALUES
