Prepare journal entries for cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform monthly accruals for operating expenses in collaboration with departments to capture financial obligations promptly.
Record and manage corporate credit card expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely reconciliation.
Manage monthly amortization of prepaid expenses and fixed assets.
Maintain and update monthly financial packages supporting schedules.
Assist in general ledger reconciliations and support audit requests.


1-3 years of relevant operational accounting experience.
Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with accounting, business, and management teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail in performing accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.


Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP; experience with Netsuite, Brex, FloQast is a plus.
