Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  5. Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
