Responsibilities:

  • Complete all scheduled repair jobs given by service writers on a daily basis
  • Wears appropriate safety/protective gear at all times
  • Accepts work only from foreman or manager
  • Reports all low inventory or shortages of materials needed to Parts Manager
  • Exercises precaution to ensure cleanliness of boat
  • Completes all assigned work using I-Pad and Dealer Management Tools
  • Submit work orders/parts requests to service writer to obtain customer authorized parts
  • Follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • Review all recalls, service bulletins and product updates as needed
  • Ensures all tools and equipment are maintained and returned to proper storage location at end of shift
  • Maintains clean personal appearance
  • Maintains clean workstation
  • Maintains company vehicles to the highest standard
  • Attends training seminars as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Essential Mechanical and technical skills
  • Marine/Boat experience preferred
  • Valid OR state driver's license
