Position: Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Are you a skilled and motivated paralegal with experience in auto cases and a passion for delivering exceptional legal support? We are currently seeking a pre-litigation paralegal to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our highly organized attorney who handles our best cases and is dedicated to nurturing and developing your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in auto cases by locating insurance policies, reviewing documentation, and ordering medical records.
  • Conducting thorough investigations to gather relevant case information and evidence.
  • Collaborating to ensure cases are meticulously prepared for litigation.
  • Providing administrative support, aiding in organizational and case management efforts.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on auto cases, including knowledge of insurance policies and medical record review.
  • Familiarity with legal processes and terminology related to pre-litigation procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated legal team.
