In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution design.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
  • Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on existing and future implementations.
  • Participate in tools evaluation demo and make sure to establish compatibility with the existing SFDC ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on product modeling and CPQ best practices.
  • Assess current business processes, pain points, and future requirements.
  • Articulate how Salesforce and CPQ can address gaps and optimize processes.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
  • Document technical solutions, architecture, and design decisions.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality, development best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Clouds.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technical capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with web services integrations via REST API
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, source control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Proven track record of deploying CPQ solutions.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification (CRT-211), or CPQ specialist certification, or Salesforce Developer certification (Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.
  • Experience with an IPaaS solution such as Celigo or Workato a plus.
  • SFDC developer certification.
  • Familiarity with an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday etc.
  • Experience with a software development lifecycle, testing CI/CD solutions such as Copado or Flosum a plus.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $135,800 to $168,700 This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company's equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
