How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for leading CMDB integration, data quality, and discovery from various data sources, improving CMDB health and collaborate across multiple organizations.

Analyze, Design and Test public and private cloud data to CMDB integration, ingestion and develop data quality metrics with PowerBI, SQL and Python.Identify integration errors using import sets and transformation logic built into ETL in ServiceNow.Analyze ServiceNow ETL code to troubleshoot data integration issues.Translate ITSM CMDB Integration product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteriaDefine identity rules, dependencies, and relationship between various data elements in ServiceNow to be able to consume external data.Define API/JSON requirements to external teams, to be able to interpret and consume into ServiceNow.Troubleshoot various type of Configuration Items (ex: Server, Network, Storage and EUC) data issues and identify remediation strategy.Work with customers, key partners, and colleagues to define and enhance user experience around the CMDBOwn and maintain internal documentation and procedures Build CMDB integration product roadmap leveraging industry trends and market standardsPrioritize and maintain the sprint backlog consistent with the product roadmap and perform story elaboration with the implementation teamCoordinate with development, Quality Assurance, customers, and release team for Sprints/Program Increment (PI) planning.Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scopeMinimum Qualifications2-4 years of experience IT asset management and or configuration management/CMDBDemonstrated ability to build and maintain a CMDB program for large, compliant organizationsWork experience with the ServiceNow platform is preferredKnowledge and experience managing a multi-source CMDBExcellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to present complex, sensitive issuesExperience with rapid and iterative software development methodologiesBackground or certification in IT service management frameworks (ITIL) preferredIAITAM (CSAM, CITAM) or equivalent certification is preferred. Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
