Our rapidly growing, privately-owned manufacturing business is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as part of our production team. We produce low volume service parts for the HVAC industry and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

We are currently looking for individuals to join our production teams at our Sebring facility on the following shifts: First shift which will work Monday - Thursday (6AM-4:30PM) with overtime as needed. Our new third shift production team will start their shift Monday evening and finish their work week Friday morning with overtime as needed. Those hours are Monday - Thursday (7:30PM - 6:00 AM). We offer a generous shift differential for those individuals interested in the third shift.

All of these positions are considered full time positions and typically start at $17.00/hr. and of course if you are on third shift you will be making more than that. Our benefits include the following:
