Project Engineer

The Project Engineering position will be responsible for supporting the development of HVAC products, focusing on enhancing compressors and new design technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

As a Project Engineer, you will:

  • Demonstrate strong project management ability
  • Conceive and implement new product technologies
  • Collaborate with global colleagues
  • Utilize engineering tools and create new design tools as needed
  • Define and execute development plans
  • Apply Lean principles to the development process
  • Share project updates and findings
  • Perform job responsibilities independently

Required education, experience & skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 1 year of relevant industry experience
  • Capable of leading cross-functional programs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred education, experience & skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in global collaboration and product development
  • Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and HVAC systems
  • Passion for continuous improvement
