Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Manage technical risks, technical debt, and ensure architectural governance across projects.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing technical teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Enterprise or Solutions Architect.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Treasury Operations, or Capital Markets.
  • Expertise in technical personnel management and solutions architecture principles.
  • Strong knowledge of software design, system modeling, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as loans, securities, and derivatives.
  • Proficiency in Domain Driven Design and software design patterns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
