Family Medicine - Site Medical Director in California

The incoming provider will be welcomed into newly renovated clinics offering state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and always giving back to the community.
  • 80% clinical 20% protected admin
  • Oversight of the entire clinic including Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Women's Health clinics
  • Responsible for annualreviews of your staff and the hiringprocess
  • Attend quarterly meetings and conferences as requested by your Regional Medical Director
  • Responsible for submitting weekly reports to the RMD
  • EPIC EMR System
  • See 18 to 21patients per day during clinical days
  • Salary up to $280,000 based on experience
  • 2 different annual bonuses: clinic bonus up to $20,000 plus an additional corporate bonus up to a 10% of your gross salary
  • Comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and 403b with a 4% employer contribution and457f with an additional $20,000 added to your retirement plan
  • 17 days of PTO (PTO increases with tenure) and 1 week of CME with $3,000
  • Student loan reimbursement program, HPSA score of 18
