Amentum is looking for a skilled Targeting Planner to analyze data requirements and support operational execution in the planning process for various military operations:

  • Integration requirements across different military entities to achieve optimal effects against selected targets
  • Operations involving aerial platforms
  • Kinetic and Non-Kinetic Effects
  • Military Information Support Operations
  • Reducing risks to mission and force

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and disseminating targeting products for military operations
  • Assessing information from various sources to provide planning support
  • Researching and enhancing reporting for target product development
  • Assisting in identifying enemy vulnerabilities
  • Developing targeting documents and related products
  • Implementing Operational Security and signature management
  • Authoring data fusion-specific documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with experience supporting the Department of Defense
  • Understanding of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region and Joint Fires targeting
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance and US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in military operations
  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM and national plans
  • Understanding of decision-making processes in the military
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $150K to $160K
