We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a steady flow of clean laundry for guests and organization and cleanliness of our laundry facilities.

**Duties:**

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry according to established procedures
  • Ensure laundry is organized and ready for housekeeping to pick up and take to cleaned rooms
  • Inspect linen and uniforms for damage or stains and removing damaged linens
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure all laundry areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Occasionally strip rooms when we have increased guest demand to facilitate rapid laundry processing

**Skills:**

  • Experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
  • Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Payment frequency: Paid weekly
