The Chateau in Norwood MA, is looking for a Full or Part-Time experienced & enthusiastic Bartender / Server to join the team.

This position will have both bartender shifts and serving shifts.

Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips, Free Employee meals . Must be able to work some nights and weekends _(every other Sunday)_, mid-week day time availability is a plus

Responsibilities
This position is a combination of some bar shifts and some serving shifts.
Weekend work availability is needed including every other Sunday, mid-week evenings availability is a plus
Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender for at least 1+ years, high volume experience is a plus
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
TIPS Certification is a plus
