Multi-Family Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Ability to successfully run Multi-Family Projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, good positive attitude
• Meet deadlines & work well under pressure

Multi-Family Superintendent Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family construction
• Proven track record of managing project timelines effectively.
• Consistent work history within the industry.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
