Co-founder/Founding CTO (Equity Only)

About Us:

We are building a FinTech startup to create a more inclusive financial landscape and promote economic mobility for marginalized communities.

The Role:

We are in search of a skilled and visionary Founding CTO with a strong technical background in full-stack software development. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for data and technology with a proven track record in agile development environments. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the creation of robust, scalable systems from scratch. As part of a dynamic, lean team, you will directly contribute to building groundbreaking products that propel the company from its inception to a significant market player.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in full-stack software development, with a strong preference for experience in early-stage technology startups, particularly in the FinTech and/or AI spaces
Solid experience with Agile development methodologies.
Proven track record of developing and implementing high-performance, data-driven technological solutions to address real-world problems.
Technical leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team through complex technical landscapes.
