Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: This Supply Technician position is located at the Field Support Division, Fort Huachuca Field Office, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.



Duties
  • Serve as the Senior Supply Technician, coordinating all work order requisitioning requirements, receipt, storage, issue, inventory management and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate all work order procurement and keeping up-to-date with work actions.
  • Serve as Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder, ensures acquisitions comply with mandatory source requirements and that card purchase and payment do not exceed allowable limitation.
  • Analyze changes in customer demand patterns and new equipment and supplies that create new supply requirements.
  • Operate a Government vehicle with a gross of less than 10,000 pounds in and out of the installation to pick up and deliver supplies, parts, materials, and equipment.
