As the Chief Technologist of MicroElectronics, you will lead efforts to drive the future of MicroE as an advanced technology organization which includes overseeing development of technology roadmaps, research and development projects / investments, driving the technology strategy for the organization, and serving as the thought leader for MicroE.Serve as the internal MicroE Subject Matter Expert (SME) / thought leader for L3Harris and represent L3Harris as the MicroE SMECollaborate with Chief Engineer and Advanced Concepts Engineering (ACE) organizations to deliver R&D projects and programs in cross-functional teamsDirect the workforce development strategy for MicroE in partnership with Chief EngineerBuild relationships and interface with customers, identify and shape new business opportunities in partnership with Business DevelopmentBachelors' degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, economics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative fieldMinimum of 15 years of prior related experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior related experienceHigh level of business / financial acumen; global business acumen in defense
