Adventist Health St Helena is actively seeking a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to work out of a hospital based inpatient unit and serve the ever-growing need for our Napa Valley community. This position is for someone who wants to live and work in a beautiful, family-friendly community filled with outdoor activities.
This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule with some weekend call seeing a patient population of severely mentally ill; bipolar, major depressive and schizophrenia with an average length of stay being 3-4 days. Unit is based inside our Adventist Health St Helena Hospital with 21 beds and call is shared. No ED Call.
Physician must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

AHSH includes 151 licensed hospital beds, 61 psychiatric beds at the Center for Behavioral Health in Vallejo and 14 rooms for residential wellness programs.
