Summary

You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the Training and Education Command (TECOM) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.



Duties
  • You will perform legal duties as assigned or directed by the Supervisory Legal Officer/Law Officer Manager or Assistant Legal Officer.
  • Prepare initial notification paperwork and conduct initial legal sufficiency reviews for all involuntary enlisted separations.
  • You will conduct initial legal sufficiency reviews and prepare forwarding endorsements for all Board entitlement.
  • You will coordinate physical custody turn-overs involving off -base criminal misconduct incidents.
  • You will process and obtain court records or police reports of all pending In-Hands of Civil/Foreign Authorities (IHCA/IHFA) criminal cases.
  • You will process and coordinate all(summary/special/general) courts-martial issues/matters from initial submission of a request for Legal Services.
  • You will serve as Paralegal Specialist for the geographically located staff non-commissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA).
