Sales & Reservations

Come and join our team Three Forks Ranch is seeking a full-time Reservations & Sales Member.

Three Forks has a commitment to excellence and we are looking for someone who can deliver a positive experience for our guests through meeting and exceeding their expectations.

This person will report directly to our Director of Guest Relations and work closely with all departments to ensure an effective and efficient guest operation.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years minimum in sales/reservations in the hospitality industry.
• College degree or higher.
• Exceptional people skills over the phone.
• Great communication skills over the phone.
• A proven track record of selling - to be vetted by previous experience and employers.
• Self-starter with the drive to close the deal.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.

This person will also learn all job responsibilities that relate to the Guest Relations Department, including but not limited to:

• Email Blasts and Social Media
• Daily walk throughs of all guest buildings and spaces, making lists for housekeeping and maintenance.
• Hosting cocktail hour and working with F&B.
• Guest Itineraries (ability to make from start, update as needed and coordinate with recreation and wellness staff).
• All office paperwork.
• Guest Check-In and Check-Out
• Guest Reservations and payments.
• Gift Shop cleanliness and restocking.
• MANAGEMENT BY WALKING AROUND.

Nice to have but not need:

• Experience with CRM's
• Experience with Agilysys STAY and R-Guest Suites.
