One BC/BE family medicine physician is needed to join a group of 6 other providersServing northern Utah and a small portion of Southern ID for primary careInstaCare and Physical Therapy on siteStaff is experienced and stableEmployment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
ABFM or elligible for new graduatesUnrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted licenseU.S. ACGME ResidencyCurrent BLS
